In these terms -“Seller” means the seller of the Goods as defined herein; “Buyer” means the entity purchasing the Goods, including any successors thereof; “Goods” means the goods, products and materials manufactured, imported, supplied and/or delivered for or by Seller to Buyer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of products (sex dolls and the variety of uses, all GOODS come as AS IS with no warranty of any kind.
This is the industry standard for sex dolls.
However, if during the first week following the reception of the good, the BUYER noticed that one part is missing or damaged DUE TO THE RESPONSABILITY OF THE SELLER and only in that case, we can partially refund you or send you the missing part. The BUYER may request a photo of the damaged part.
For some of our GOODS we need some delay (about 3 weeks) to make the product, before we process to the shipping.
All our delay are written here for the information of the BUYER and are subject to reasonable adjustment or more in case of exceptional situation.
We only ship our products through reliable professional world-known shippers (DHL / FEDEX / UPS).
However, Sitridoll.com will not be responsible for any delay relative to the shipper.
Once your product is shipped, we will send you by email the tracking number so you can monitor the delivery from the shipper’s website.
Custom duty/Tax/Shipping fees are EXCLUDED. The settlement amount will be displayed at checkout based on different country.
It is the responsability of the BUYER to make sure that the product he bought is allowed in his country.
